The Trail Edition returns to the Tacoma trim lineup with a higher front end and rear suspension – 1.1 inches higher for the front, 0.5 inches higher for the rear suspension. The boost in height increases the approach angle to 34 degrees. The exterior of this trim makes a statement with unique bronze badging that sets off the bronze-finished wheels with Goodyear all-terrain tires. You’ll still have two fully capable engines under the hood: the standard, 159-hp, 2.7L 4-cylinder engine and the available, 278-hp, 3.5L V6 engine.
